SHIPPING

The Acler eBoutique ships within USA and Internationally.

We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday. We do not ship to PO boxes. There is no redirection service therefore if no one is available to sign for your parcel it will be left at your shipping address. By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving Acler the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address.

We offer:

  • Standard domestic delivery $12 (5-7 business days) * free for orders over $300
  • Express domestic delivery $20 (2-3 business days)
  • International Shipping for orders less than $500 is $40 *free for orders over $500

All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours and customers will be notified when their order is dispatched.

Please be advised that there may be a delay of 1 - 2 business days during extremely busy periods, such as sale.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Standard shipping arrives to your address in approximately 8-20 business days. Priority shipping arrives to your address in approximately 4-10 business days. Transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed.  We are not responsible for delays by customs.

TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

We will be able to send you a tracking number once your order has been accepted and your package has been dispatched.

 

TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Email hello@acler.com.au and let us know your order number and reason for cancelling.

 

IF DELIVERY IS REFUSED ON AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE

If you refuse delivery on an international order – the package will be abandoned at the border. Because the package will not be received back by us, you will not be refunded for your purchase. Please review international orders very carefully to ensure that you have selected the correct color and size and are willing to accept the duties/taxes and brokerage fees as we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

DUTIES/TAXES AND BROKERAGE FEES ON AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT?

The recipient of the package is responsible for these fees. These fees are not included in the pricing or shipping/handling charges on our website. It is strongly recommended to check with your local agency for an estimate of these fees prior to placing the order.

 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

By proceeding with a purchase through our online store you give Acler authority to leave your item's at the designated address should no-one be present to sign for it. Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that address) is proof of delivery and fulfilment by Acler and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer the following payment options: PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

 

EXCHANGE

You may exchange your garment for any item of your choice (subject to availability)

Please note, exchanges will only be accepted if;

  • The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • You notify us to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods

  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

     

    SALE ITEMS

    Please be advised that the Acler eBoutique does not offer returns or exchanges on any sale/discounted items. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.

     

    FAULTY ITEMS

    We do apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause and will refund at our discretion for any items deemed faulty. Contact hello@acler.com.au to notify us of the damaged item. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

    Both the cost of the item plus shipping will be refunded.

     

    RETURNS PROCESS

    We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return or exchange. 

    Please contacting us at hello@acler.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and confirm whether you wish to exchange for an alternate size or return as a refund.  We will then email you with a Return Authorization number and a Return Form. Please send back along with your unwanted garment(s) with the Return Authorization number clearly stated on the form to the following address:

    Garments must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in a saleable condition (all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with original packaging, gift box included). Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted for refunded or exchange.

    Returns must be by registered post. Acler will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping.

     

    REFUND

    All accepted refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase.  Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.  This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

    The total amount of the purchase will be refunded less shipping charges.

     

    PRIVACY

    Acler is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.

    Acler uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Acler only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
